A bird, hiding in plain sight.
Dana Choga has been feeding Delhi since 1994. The name is Punjabi for "to peck grain" - and there's been a little bird in their logo all along. Quiet. Watercolour. Easy to miss if you weren't looking.
When the founders came to us, they were thinking glow-up. New look. Fresh start.
We had a different suggestion: don't reinvent. Just look again.

The Problem
Founders who've lived with their brand for decades stop seeing it. The logo, the old packaging, the napkin sketch from 1994 - it all blurs into background noise. The instinct is to start over.
But Dana Choga wasn't broken. It was just under-told.
The real brief: take what's already true - the heritage, the bird, the warmth - and make it visible again.
Ideas so
raw and unapologetic, they'll have to grow a pair to handle them.

A Shopify build that earns its keep.
A fully responsive, conversion-focused website. Seamless UX from discovery to checkout. Technical SEO, mobile optimisation, fast loading.
